Membership continues on a recurring basis and automatically renews each month at the rate then in effect until it is terminated in accordance with this section.
Members must call the membership desk on 1-800-555-0177 to cancel. The membership desk is staffed Tuesday and Thursday between 10am and 2pm Central. Messages left outside these hours are not treated as notice. Requests made by email, chat or post are not accepted.
A cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing month in which the membership desk records it, and any introductory rate is forfeited immediately upon a cancellation request being made.
