Your membership begins on the day you sign up. After any free trial period ends, your membership automatically renews every month at the plan price shown at signup, and continues until you cancel.
You can cancel online at any time from your account settings. Open Account, choose Membership, and select the cancellation option. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and no further charges are made after that.
We do not require you to speak to anyone to stop your membership. There is no retention step and no form to complete.
If the price of your plan changes, we will tell you before the change takes effect and you may end your membership at that point.
